At Dropmap, we strive to provide high-quality services to our users. This guide outlines when and how you can request a refund for your purchase.

## **Refund Eligibility**

**Subscription Refunds:**

* **Annual subscriptions:** Pro-rated refund available if you cancel within the first 30 days

* **Monthly subscriptions:** Refund of current billing period available if the service hasn't been used during that time

**One-time Purchase Refunds:**

* Available if you've used the product **fewer than 5 times** and request a refund **within 7 days** of purchase

**Special Circumstances:**

We may consider refunds outside these criteria for exceptional situations like:

* Service downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours

* Technical issues significantly impacting functionality

* Duplicate purchases made in error

**Non-Refundable Items:**

* Purchases made using account credits or gift cards

* Purchases made more than 30 days ago

* Services that have been substantially used

* Promotional or discounted items (unless specified otherwise)

## **How to Request a Refund**

2. **Product purchased** (subscription type, specific Dropmap, etc.)

3. **Transaction ID** or order number

4. **Reason** for the refund request

5. **Screenshots** or documentation (if relevant)

We aim to review and respond within **3 business days**.

## **Refund Processing**

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Allow **5-10 business days** for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

## **Important Notes**

* Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but doesn't automatically trigger a refund

* Contact us directly before initiating chargebacks, as they may result in account suspension
