Have you made a Dropmap purchase with the wrong account? This article will guide you through transferring your drops to the correct account.

## **What Can Be Transferred**

We can transfer individual Dropmaps, one-time purchases and account credits.

We **cannot transfer active subscriptions** between accounts. Subscriptions must remain with the original account they were purchased on.

## **How to Transfer Your Drops**

**Step 1: Log in to both accounts**

Before contacting support, log in to Dropmap with both accounts (the one with your purchases and your target account). This helps our team locate and verify both accounts quickly.

**Step 2: Contact support from your current account**

Email [**support@dropmap.net**](mailto:support@dropmap.net) from the email address associated with your current account (the one with the purchases). Include:

* The **email address** of your target account

* What purchases you want transferred

* Reason for the transfer

**Step 3: Confirm from your target account**

Send a second email to [**support@dropmap.net**](mailto:support@dropmap.net) from your target account's email address, confirming:

* The **email address** of your original account

* That you want to receive the transferred purchases

## **Processing Time**

Account transfers typically take **up to 48 hours** to complete. We'll email you when the transfer is finished.
