Refund Eligibility
Subscription Refunds:

Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available if you cancel within the first 30 days

Monthly subscriptions: Refund of current billing period available if the service hasn't been used during that time
One-time Purchase Refunds:
- Available if you've used the product fewer than 5 times and request a refund within 7 days of purchase
Special Circumstances:
We may consider refunds outside these criteria for exceptional situations like:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes

Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but doesn't automatically trigger a refund
