How Can I Request a Refund
At Dropmap, we strive to provide high-quality services to our users. This guide outlines when and how you can request a
refund for your purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Subscription Refunds:
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available if you cancel within the first 30 days
- Monthly subscriptions: Refund of current billing period available if the service hasn't been used during that time
One-time Purchase Refunds:
- Available if you've used the product fewer than 5 times and request a refund within 7 days of purchase
Special Circumstances:
We may consider refunds outside these criteria for exceptional situations like:
- Service downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours
- Technical issues significantly impacting functionality
- Duplicate purchases made in error
Non-Refundable Items:
- Purchases made using account credits or gift cards
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Services that have been substantially used
- Promotional or discounted items (unless specified otherwise)
How to Request a Refund
Email our support team at [email protected] from your account's registered email address. Include:
1. Date of purchase
2. Product purchased (subscription type, specific Dropmap, etc.)
3. Transaction ID or order number
4. Reason for the refund request
5. Screenshots or documentation (if relevant)
We aim to review and respond within 3 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on
your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes
- Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but doesn't automatically trigger a refund
- Contact us directly before initiating chargebacks, as they may result in account suspension
