What Can Be Transferred
We can transfer individual Dropmaps, one-time purchases and account credits.
We cannot transfer active subscriptions between accounts. Subscriptions must remain with the original account they were purchased on.
How to Transfer Your Drops
Step 1: Log in to both accounts
Before contacting support, log in to Dropmap with both accounts (the one with your purchases and your target account). This helps our team locate and verify both accounts quickly.
Step 2: Contact support from your current account
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your current account (the one with the purchases). Include:

Step 3: Confirm from your target account
Send a second email to [email protected] from your target account's email address, confirming:

That you want to receive the transferred purchases
Processing Time
Account transfers typically take up to 48 hours to complete. We'll email you when the transfer is finished.
